The interest rates are absurd, and they charge a fee for everything. They offered to increase my credit line - for a fee; annual fees, monthly maintenance fees, etc. If your credit is poor (mine was) and you are rebuilding credit, this may be a short term option. I was able to get them on the phone when I needed to. Cancel this card when you can - don't take their option for waiving fees (they come back). All in all, a terrible card with poor service and an interest rate that should be considered usury. User's recommendation: avoid.
