I visited this location for a smog test, the smog guy was extremely grumpy. He grabbed my keys with a frown. I went inside the office to wait. The day after I saw that the panel where my gas lever was located was cracked and damaged and tampered with. It was as though he could not locate my hood lever and decided to bust that open. No one else had access to my vehicle and my size 6 feet could not have cracked that panel and bent that lever.
