I purchased a mattress which was so hard I woke up with back pain; I am not a person who suffers with such a physical condition. Sent an email a few days after the mattress was delivered but to date I have had no response. To was I am annoyed with the attitude of GoGroopie is an understatement. User's recommendation: I would be reluctant to shop with this company in the future.
