I used Life Alert on November 24, 2020 and December 13, 2020. The first was with my GPS unit while on vacation in Arizona. Second time was in my home with my bracelet alert. Arizona was a TIA and firemen arrived within 5 minutes to take me to the ER. The second, I was chasing my dog and tripped in my dark living room, dislocating my shoulder. The volunteer firemen responded to my activated bracelet alert within 10 minutes and had me in the ambulance within 20. The Life Alert phone operator in both cases was helpful to both me and the responders. - V.S.
