Life Alert was unable to rouse my mother after she activated her pendant. They immediately dispatched paramedics and called me to alert me (daughter) so I could immediately go to my mother’s condo. They stayed on the line until the paramedics arrived and cleared the call. She had fallen and broke her shoulder but refused to go to the hospital. The dispatcher stated if we needed to call them back for further assistance to call back. It was necessary to call back and once again the dispatcher who answered was helpful and followed through to clear the second call. My mother then transported to the ER for treatment. Life Alert was a life saver and I am so thankful for them being there for us. Thank you thank you, you are well worth the cost for the peace of mind. - J.M.
