CAN’T GET SOMEONE IN SALES ON PHONE FOR TWO DAYS!

JUST PURCHASED MY ITEMS AND WANTED TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE IN SALES BUT THEY LEAVE CUSTOMERS ON HOLD AFTER ASKING MY NAME, PHONE NUMBER AND ADDRESS AND THEN DISCONNECT AFTER WAITING OVER 10 MINUTES NOW 6 TIMES! I AM PISSED! User's recommendation: BUY GOOGLE NEST! AT LEAST YOU CAN GET SOMEONE ON PHONE!
