Told me its not throwing any error codes. The unit will not start up off the base with a brand new battery installed. Says battery is low but Ive left it on charge base for 3 days. Thought perhaps its a bad new battery. Returned battery to Amazon and they sent me another. Same result. Then they told me Id have to send it to a repair facility. That perhaps the board has gone bad. ??? The unit is in mint condition and had very little use. Expensive paper weght at this point.
