Incorrect order

No one has gotten in touch with me regarding my order. And it is impossible to get through to Customer Service. I would like someone to notify me regarding my question if the top to the skirt I received has been shipped? When I purchased, the add said a dress not skirt and top. I look forward to a response very soon either by email or phone 828-702-**** User's recommendation: To be determined.
