Non delivery of propane

As of 2/18/2021 it has been 15 days since order was placed. Order was placed with gauge reading 20. Due to cold weather propane has now run out and am currently using electric stove to heat. I have called and emailed with no answer as to when propane will arrive. I have also explained living on Social Security as well as medical issues that preclude us from aiding in delivery process. Amerigas has only made standard reply not actually saying anything. User's recommendation: DO NOT DEPEND ON AMERIGAS.
