I have and still continue to call only to b on hold for yrs at a time. I then speak with someone. Then they tell me to hold for a brief moment and at one time i waited a total of 4 hrs an 5 mins. I then hung up. Ive put over 33 hrs in this past week on hold time. My problem cant get solved if no one will help me. I want my $ back. PLEASE User's recommendation: Sorry at this point no.
