Unbelievable prices

Recently, I called Blue Ridge to ask how I could have my account arranged to save money. I was sold on the reps idea to decrease cost of my internet. No mention at all that there were caps on the amount of internet I could use! Months later big charges with overages. I was never informed that there was a limit and was sold this option over the phone. I thought they were saying that my service would just slow down, not that I would be charged fees. Outrageous. Apparently, they are very hush hush about that on the phone when they sell you on it. Yes, they did email me on the overages but the emails unfortunately fell into spam and never saw them. Had I known I never would have downgraded. Rip off 97 channels and internet with DVR for 206 dollars a month. What a disgrace.
