My bus did not come I booked an 11:59pm bus, and it did not come at all me and my 9-year-old daughter was waiting 2 and half hours for the bus at south station, and it never came I was calling customer service all night but no answer it was me and other people waiting for the bus it looked like it was going to be a packed bus, but a lot of people started leaving when they saw the bus was not coming I called customer service the next Morning they answer but were so rude and ghetto and disgusting. User's recommendation: I DO NOT RECOMMEND PEOPLE TAKE THIS BUS EVER.
