Problem with sale item I sold

I cannot leave an email at your help service center and there's no direct way to contact anyone and talk to a human being I am trying to make a sale of a $1200 mineral. The buyer cannot make the sale because according to your site. It says I need to contact you to activate my seller account and that uber sales are down as of August 6th. I am beyond disappointed with this. Wasted 3 hours of my time today. Just about ready to take my business elsewhere because it seems like you dont care at all about customer seller relations. User's recommendation: Have a direct way to talk to a real human being rather than wait for a call back it is absurd trying to deal with you people do people.
