My previous reported issue with the sold painting was not resolved. My payment from Mercari was short the shipping cost paid by me, the seller. I had reported that I did not use the shipping label from Mercari, since I did have trouble downloading it. So I shipped the item through UPS with a new label. So I am short $17.+ in payment. If you cant fix this I will never list anything on this site again. I await your refund and response. Erika Sutherland
