I went to supercuts this mourning for a haIrcut at 9:00 am. They already had 6 people waiting, the hairstylist, of which there was only one, said she could make me an appointment. I made an appointment for 2:00 pm. I went to my appointment, the hairstylist, there was only one, ask to help me. I said I have an appointment at 2:00. She said she had 5 people ahead of me and I would have to wait. SO, WHY MAKE ME AN APPOINTMENT if you were not going to honor it. I'm a chronic pain patient and have to take smaller trips and can't move or sit for extended periods. SO DISAPPOINTED!! AND PAINFULL.
