After many hours of online waiting to speak with someone, I decided to email and see if that was any better. My daughter received a sweater as a one year old birthday gift which was lovely. She wore it twice and then I washed it on cold when I hung it to dry, I noticed one arm was 2-3 inches shorter. She can no longer wear it. Why would only one arm shrink? I was terribly disappointed in your product. I am going to try to attach a photo so you can see for yourself. Valerie Crescenzo
