Damaged dress
Good afternoon I purchased multiple items back in may. I kept all of them therefore i didn't keep tye receipt. I wore one of the dresses for the first time last week and stitches came apart. I never in years had any issues with zara merchandise. I would like to exchange for the same item. Store would not except because i don't have a receipt.
