Moen “guarantees their faucets for life” yet when you contact them, they don’t respond. I believe their “motto” is outright false! Either they stand by their product or don’t make false statements!

I purchased a Moen because of their "lifetime" guarantee of their faucets. I sent Moen an email indicating I hired plumbers to determine why water from the faucets were difficult. The plumbers indicated I had faulty faucets and should contact Moen to replace the 3 piece set. So, no response (3 weeks &;;;;;; waitBing) User's recommendation: Don't Buy Moen. Their ad for "lifetime guarantee" is false!
