I went in for a trim (same as always) giving the same instructions to the 'stylist' for a side and tapered back trim, and do not touch the top. When she was done, sides and back were all the same length, and she had cut most of my top hair that I use as a comb over. If that wasn't enough, I had arrived with my sideburns ending at mid-ear length, and she clipped them to end at the top of my ear (without asking!) User's recommendation: DO NOT GO TO GREAT CLIPS, Volente Plaza.
