I am extremely mad at dynamex. I ordered from amazon a Christmas gift for my best friend that is like a sister to me. I got the 2 day shipping option, I order on December 11th was supposed to get it the 13th. I never got it. At around 4pm I got a notice on my amazon account saying they tried to deliver but could not find my adress. There is clear signs on the door that way to use the back door cause the front door of our appartement building is undergoing construction. Now, the same day I called and they told me my packaged got sent back to amazon. I ordered other Christmas gifts on amazon and when it was some other carriers, they made the effort to search for the back door of the appartement building to deliver my package. I got all my other Christmas gift except the one I bought for my sister from another mother. And as I’m on crutches online shopping was the easiest way for me to buy gifts. Going shopping isn’t easy. So I’m very disappointed and also suggest to make sure to cancel amazon orders that are carried by dynamex once their out for delivery because they don’t always deliver packages. I read many reviews about that and I’m not very impressed. I mean if the door was that hard to find try calling me, I was in my apartment all day and it would of been my pleasure to explain how to get to the back door and if I would of had to I would even of went to the front door to get it. I’m not happy with dynamex at all and sincerely hope to never deal with them again.
