I purchased a flat iron and only used it twice. It would leave my hair frizzy and my hair would get stuck and pull my hair out like if it was a old flat iron or if it was broken. I dont have the original package because I thought it was good quality so I threw the original package away. I was told I could not get my refund pr return it due to not having the original packaging.
