the mattress i paid $999 is not what i received at delivery and i called the next day to report my dis satisfaction and was told i had to wait 30 days before they would send a tech out to see what i was complaining about. I tested a SEALY Posturepedic Firm mattress the one i received sunk down to my bed frame when i sit on it and laid on it. I complained to Consumer Support for Sealy and they sent me back to Raymour and Flanigan, they want me to pay as much as $600 from one store manager and John wants me to pay about $300 to get the mattress exchanged. i should not have to pay anymore for the exchange User's recommendation: do not shop at Raymour and Flanigan.
