Sofa dissapointment

I have been a customer who has furnished my whole house thru your company for 23 years. I always raved about the quality and have always gave recommendations to all my friends and family to use. I bought furniture during COVID to furnish my home in Myrtle beach. The chaise sofa I purchased was damaged in the beginning and you finally replaced it 2 months ago. Once again its a mess and falling apart. I feel like its the worst quality sofa I have ever purchased. I am extremely upset about this. You can look up my account on 718967-****.
