Stay away the worst service ever
Don’t know where to begin but will try today is 12/7/2018 1) Their reps are poorly trained. They give you wrong information or leave out important information. 2) Tried to get on the web site using my correct user name and password. I called Aon and I couldn’t believe what they told me. This is the last day of enrollment for Medicare D . They told me if I asked for a new password I would be locked out. This was never ever told told me. THEY HAVE NO TECH SUPPORT AT ALL!THEY TOLD ME IT WOULD TAKE 24 Hrs TO RESET MY PASSWORD. This is very wrong. I believe my password was correct and verified my username when I called Aon today. I believe the problem is with their web site and not the user. Mostly likely the server can’t handle the volume because it is the last day to change Medicare Part D. This should be reported to the BBB and insurance commission. 3) You might say I should have called earlier and not waited till the last day. I called earlier in the week but wanted to speak with a licensed Florida Broker before I switched plans and today was the only available appointment. I any event, Aon should not be allowed to stop people from changing plans OR GET ON THE WEB SITE BECAUSE THEY FORGOT THEIR PASSWORD. At the very least, the web site should let you know you will be locked on and there NO TECH SUPPORT!!!! Think about it a bunch of seniors who are not tech savvy - and these are the customers they are suppose to be servings
