We found, at first, Budget Dumpster to be friendly, professional and helpful. After the initial phone call to set up delivery we have been ignored and brushed off. The delivery was a day late. We are still waiting after 5 days for the dumpster to be picked up. The phone representative is pleasant and apologetic but cant help us because they arent a manager and answer questions and help. We have waited on hold for 45 minutes to an hour to get no results. DO NOT USE BUDGET DUMPSTER!!!!! User's recommendation: Find a different company.
