Refund on living room set

We have had numerous problems with a set we purchased last March.(received middle of June) recline system not working, seats breaking, lumber intermittent , etc. Yesterday the store called and Design2recline is giving us full credit on loveseat and half credit on couch. Frizzel's Furniture felt so bad they are making up the difference. They are going beyond expectations even if Design2Recine wouldn't completely stand behind their product. Hurray for Frizzels and BOO to Design2Recline. User's recommendation: They don't stand behind their product 100%.
