I am a resident at Case wester Reserve University school of dental Medicine. And i just finished my residency. I bough Zeiss Extaro and. Mount. And i was told tgat towrads the end of residency i get the option to choose from portable mount or ceiling mount. But now The representative of Zeiss USA Mike Matoush is refusing to get me portable Mount. I have been always passionate about Zeiss and wanted to but two more for my practice. But now i am reconsidering it because of the poor customer service. Appreciate your help!
