Hi. I have made several attempts including sitting on the phone to speak to an adviser. Please review the notes on this deal and either process or cancel and refund as I need this to be sorted today please. If you cancel and return the money I can at least find another means to send euro 3k to my solicitor in Portugal to avoid defaulting on my property purchase. I have been dealing with HIFX for over 15 years and the last few days has caused nothing but stress. Grateful for your earliest response.
