Horrible Experience – No customer service

I booked both flight and car via Swiss air. The return flight was cancelled three times and no alternative solution was provided. When I arrived at the airport I discovered the car had been cancelled without notifying me..and without refunding me. I am still waiting for the refund. I called the customer service and they refuse to hold themselves liable and responsible for that. User's recommendation: Stay away.
