Update by user Jul 14, 2021 I received my ring after. However, I talked to a really nice woman that helped to explain what was going on and helped to lesson the confusion. I received my ring and it is beautiful. I am quite happy with it. However, I am still having some issues where I was overcharged me about $100 for the duties on my ring. I have made a few reports about this and was told they would get back to me in 48 hours numerous times but I still have not been able to get this issue resolved.. It was supposed to ship internationally and I was supposed to receive a tracking number within a few days. It is now June 14th and I still don't have a working tracking number and I had to call in probably 6 times and email them just to get that tracking number that doesn't have anything in it other than an electronic label. I have no idea where my ring is. When I call in I get numerous different answers and people minimizing the situation, saying well it take up to 18 days to get there. However, the package looks like it even even left! Not to mention it's not normal to not havea tracking number for 14 days. My last call, when I was transfered, the call dropped. I feel no one cares!
