Update by user Aug 06, 2021 I am still waiting to hear from Vitagene. Original review posted by user Aug 05, 2021 I sent of a test kit in June and followed up at the end of July. I have had zero contact with them as their phone number is an answering machine and emails are returned with a "we will get back to you within 72 business hours (which works out to nine days and assuming 4 of the nine are weekend they have a solid two weeks). This company is poorly run, and critically understaffed have used them. User's recommendation: Choose Another Lab.
