Their website is BS... Had my 76 Mom frustrated and feeling like she's stupid for @2 hours.... Help section tells you to simply go to My Trips to modify your reservation.. When you get there and pull it up all you can do is cancel it.. Thanks Help tab.. Worse, if it's possible than their Contract Us tab... We'll get back to you within 12 hours.. Cool.. Except they send a useless reply... Ridiculous.. Never again... Zero customer service, period... Don't do it... User's recommendation: Stay Away.
