How do I Upload contacts to address book with same email but not inviting same people

I need to send invitations for my daughters wedding and then for her shower. We are inviting complete families for the wedding and only women for the shower. The issue is that they have same email address it would update it. Could I keep them ad 2 separate lists one with the families and the other only with the women without the system overwriting it?
