I have tried several times for several hours to reach someone in your organization. I am sorry to say I have been UNSUCCESSFUL! I have filled this request for details several times. My warming shelf (grill type) inside the BBQ is pitted and rusted I would like new grates and While Im at I the burner part where the gas comes out I would like to change them at the end of the season.
