My daughter found a perfect pre-certified car she was so excited her 1st real newer car. And after days and hours of dealing with this dealership the disrespect and rudeness and nasty comments of the sales, financial, and any others that thought they had to intrude on this sale made her purchase a very unhappy time when this is the time the dealership should shine and give the customer the best service with whistles and bells ! Instead the communication was dropped, the nasty service she received and the car wasn't even ready to be driven off the lot, even after the promise of 4 days prior it would be ready. A manager and customer service people treated her as "who cares" ! Well I care and other people care who are looking for a car and spending a lot of money. Do you want to be treated with respect and kindness then DON"T go the Cerritos Nissan because they really don't care !! User's recommendation: Don't go to Cerritos Nissan.
