Tried the chat and was sent to a monthly membership program that would cost $7 first month and then $28 after. All I wanted was some information on how I my assign the reward/s received for H/N purchased to a cousin that could use the card/s. This has been a terrible joke from this H/N Award credit card. Can't ever really use it correctly, too many complications in the process for non website users. Just pay strat out for the product and don’t count on the Heartgard/NexGard Award card to be user friendly.
