Wrong item shipped to me.

I placed a order with one of your sales personnel via phone. Item was set of two navy/grey deck chairs. I received the shipment 8 days ago and the fabric color was white. I called one kings lane customer service right away and was told I would have to pay for the return, which was your error. I talked with your customer service and was told the navy/grey deck chairs still available. Please process the pick/up and replacement with the correct color that was ordered. I ordered deck chairs blue/grey and was sent white. Your company should take care of that error. The box was picked up by Fed Ex this morning . I would appreciate the blue/grey replacement ASAP. I only opened the box on the bottom and saw that they were white and taped the box shut. Did not take them out of box. This was my first order with your company and I did not enjoy the experience.
