I ordered a pressured gauge and a case of pool shock in June totaling $90 plus and using your 50SHIP code for free shipping. I received the gauge and was billed $9.99 for shipping. I called and was assured my account would be credited. Never happened! I called again and was once again assured my account would be credited the $9.99. Never happened! Worst of all, I was told my shock order was cancelled by you and you never had the decency to let me know. I just waited for the order to arrive. You have not only lost a long time customer but the BBB and YELP is next. Give me back the money you have stolen from me! User's recommendation: Do not trust them.
