Stealing belongings from costumers

On my flight from Lisbon to Madrid, my camera was stolen from my luggage with a lock. I wrote and called the company to at least look at the cameras and find who did it, but they didn't care. I'm frustrated how this big companies goes around with any excuse, and we always get F* and we are paying for it. User's recommendation: Not a good experience.
