I place an order with TTD eye in 2019 I didn't receive it so they resend it to me ,after u received it I saw that it was damaged and dried up so I requested a refund after showing all proof needed ,I'm waiting for since last year for my 35 dollars I didn't receive it , top of it they send me from one consultant to the other and I must repeat my story over and over they are so unhelpful and despite this experience I bought from them again and I asked them to change the colour they refused to help me nor do they wanna give me my refund pending from Last year October 2019 sometimes it's a eliena sometimes a niki sometimes ellesa sometimes a olivia they told me to request my payment on paypal from October 2019 they didnt approve me and they mess me around in the DMS on Instagram! Each day the lady pretends to be a diffrent name these guys are messed up my account is moefaheem27@***.com on PayPal they dont wanna approve my request for the 35 dollars they scams User's recommendation: They not helpful.
