I've been waiting for my card to be delivered to the one of there branches in Silver City for 2 weeks now and the tracking shows the same information everyday that they cannot deliver it. I spoke to courier as per them they have not heard anything about the request for the change address if I'm not mistaken because the branch was close that time. Now guest what? My package is not moving for 5 days now and it's just seating in one of the courier facility. SB what you want me to do? Wait for nothing here. If you guys do not care about your customer time why not just stop offering services.
