Kinchbus – Skylink Bus Service Review from Kegworth, England

Due to my mistake thinking my senior citizens pass was valid from 9am i attempted to board a sky link bus in kegworth bound for east Midlands airport. The driver was extremely ignorent and sat with her head turned away from me looking out of the window.I offered to pay the fair but unfortunately i only had a 20 pound note.The driver refused to offer me any assistance and a 64 yr old disabled pensioner had to leave th bus having been embarrassed at my ordeal and walk the 3 miles to the airport. To sum up this ignorent driver should attend a customer service course as she had no idea how to deal with problems associated with assistance to the public,and because of this i shall no longer use skylink.
