Update by user Dec 05, 2015 The story is that the CEO left the country for two weeks without notifying any of the customers and without having anyone at the company notify them either! We did get out deposit back, but were left scrambling to get our house insulated at the beginning of Dec with the winter starting. While they did give us our deposit back, this was a very poor business transaction. Original review posted by user Dec 01, 2015 After several visits that went very well, we signed a contract with Mohit N{{redacted}} the CEO of Mass Energy Lab to have spray insulation done in our attic and gave them a deposit. They never showed up! I went to their office in Cambridge and it had been cleaned out, apparently they took the money and ran. Never trust Mo N{{redacted}} ever for anything. He comes across very politely, professional and knowledgeable, however, he will take your money and vanish just as he did to us.
