In general, I’m satisfied with the interaction of the bank, but a few months ago I launched a new business and I needed a separate account for it. I note that in the same bank I already have several similar accounts, only for other businesses. So I know how the system works and how long it takes to process new documents. So this time, although the work was done as always with high quality, it took almost a week to open a new account instead of several days. As the bank employees told me, this was due to the long weekend and the need to check my activities in the tax administration. Well at least, all this tasks were carried out automatically and I didn’t have to deal with the preparation of these documents myself. In all other respects the bank completely suits me.
