I just had a weird experience with the credit card I have with the bank. I happened to have a positive balance on my credit card by the end of the month and thought I could use it for purchases. When I looked at my balance before paying with the card, I see that the balance was zeroed. I was wondering where did my money disappeared and called the bank. And it happened that they sent me the amount with the personal check to my address. I had no idea such policies existed with the bank. When I complained to the manager of my local branch, he said I should have opted for receiving the balance to my savings account digitally. Anyway, it is weird that I could not keep the positive balance for next month.
