Holding deposits to my account for too long

I have had my savings account with this bank for several months. I am usually banking with another bank, where I have my major credit card and my mortgage loan. While this bank offered easy solutions to many potential problems for shared accounts. That is my case, as I share my savings with my partner. I was satisfied overall with their service, while I am noticing that they are holding deposits for so long it became ridiculous. The first time I put the deposit in, it was on hold for 7 days. Now, with the last deposit, it amounted to 21 business day. It is ridiculous! I put my trust and they assured me they are prompt and easy to work with. Now both me and partner suffer from these ridiculous holds.
