They are not the worst either

Now, I am using four different hosts. As for this one, I have been using them for one year. They are pretty good, but their regular shared hosting could be much quicker. It is too slow. Also, their tech support could be better. And faster. I wrote to them several times. In most cases, it takes them more than 24 hours to reply. And the last time I turned to them I got a response in 3 days!.. Again I am using several hosts right now. And this one can hardly be called the best. I bought a premium plan, but the performance is average.

The customer support team did not help with any issues. I don't think they even know what hosting is. They need to train their staff.
