Everytime I have called mediacom to get an issue resolved, My knowledge about their modem/router than their own customer service does. *** poor customer service. *** poor knowledge about the services they are supporting. Technicians always late for appointments. I waited all day for a technician who was supposed to be at my home between 10-12 just to show up. I missed an appointment I had somewhere else due to this nonsense, and never once did the technician call to say they were gonna be late or to verify the original appointment.
