The good news is the location is good near a lot of shopping and eateries. The bad news is the rooms are very small, the walls are very thin, and the area can be very unsafe. You need to know where you are going once you leave with no hesitation. I could not turn off the television in the room. The toilet paper was like sand paper so be sure to bring your own better brand. This could be a value if your definition is purely based on low cost. But if you want more then perhaps you should upgrade to a nicer place and pay more. I thought this place was just okay but could and should be better with a little more attention from the management there.
