You don’t need my full name and phone number to cut my hair

I stopped in at a Jefferson Georgia location. I have not been to great clips in at least five years. I was suddenly reminded why. I had signed in online knowing that the wait times are inaccurate, but I was hoping they would not need to ask me out loud in front of the entire waiting room what my whole name was and phone number. The lady said she needed “to verify it.” So she calls out my *first and last name in front of everybody. And then she says “and your phone number is ###-###-####? She obviously has zero ability to read body language because mine was screaming very clearly I don’t want to say my name* and phone number*. I stayed because it was 100 outside and I was desperate to get my hair cut. As she was cutting my hair, she reeked of cigarettes and talked nonstop about her son’s girlfriend having another baby. Hey Great Clips I will never be back and I should have never come back this time. I don’t even like stopping to buy gas in Jefferson Georgia let alone get my hair cut at the great inbred hair cutters called great clips. *(Now let me tell you the end of the story, I had put in a fake name and a fake phone number. But the very idea of every person who goes in there having to give a phone number and last name is ridiculous.) I hate this place. I will cut my own hair before I ever I come back.
